1. What We Collect

When a TikTok account is connected, the service may receive basic account information and OAuth tokens from TikTok, depending on the permissions approved by the user. The service may also store internal draft content created by authorized team members.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used to authenticate the connected TikTok account, support draft preparation, and manage the content approval workflow. We do not sell personal data.

3. TikTok Permissions

The service requests only the TikTok permissions needed for the selected workflow, such as basic user information and content draft/upload features when enabled. Users may revoke access through TikTok account settings.

4. Data Security

API secrets are stored only in server-side environment variables. They are not placed in browser code. Access to the service should be limited to authorized Mobile World Berlin team members.

5. Data Retention

OAuth tokens and draft workflow data are retained only as long as needed to operate the service or until access is revoked or deletion is requested.
