AutoAIFlow Terms of Service

1. Service and Official Website
AutoAIFlow is a KI-driven automation workspace operated for creators, solopreneurs, and authorized business users. Its official public website is https://studio.autoaiflow.de. The service helps users upload creator-owned product media, record or provide authorized voice material, prepare TikTok content and posting flows, review drafts, generate short-form video and voice-over outputs, download generated video files, connect an account with TikTok Login Kit, and send approved videos to TikTok draft for final editing and publishing by the creator.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
The service is available to eligible creators and authorized business users who are legally permitted to manage the connected account and content. Users must use the service only for lawful purposes and must not create or upload misleading, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, illegal, or policy-violating content.
3. TikTok Integration
When a user connects a TikTok account, the service uses TikTok APIs only for permissions expressly granted by that user. The connected creator's display name and avatar are shown before upload. Uploads are sent to TikTok draft through the approved Content Posting API flow and are not publicly posted by this service. The creator completes editing and confirms publication in TikTok.
4. Review Workflow
The service is designed around review before transfer. Users can prepare draft scripts, upload photos and short videos, generate a draft MP4, review media, check advertising and brand requirements, confirm the connected TikTok account, and approve the upload action before the Content Posting API transfer begins. Users may also skip TikTok transfer and download the generated MP4 for manual posting.
5. Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all generated scripts, captions, voice-over outputs, draft posts, downloaded video files, and uploaded materials before publication. Users must own or have permission to use uploaded product media and voice material, including photos, videos, product demos, audio, reference voice samples, cloned or synthetic voice output, logos, and people appearing in the material. Users must not upload, record, clone, synthesize, or publish another person's voice without the necessary consent and rights. Content must comply with applicable laws, advertising disclosure requirements, platform policies, and third-party brand guidelines. The service does not guarantee that any content will be accepted, approved, or promoted by TikTok.
Voice-over and Voice Cloning
Voice-over and voice cloning features require explicit creator approval before use. Users may record, upload, generate, preview, delete, download, or attach voice-over material only when they have the necessary rights and consent. AutoAIFlow is designed to keep review visible before any generated voice-over is added to a video draft or transferred to TikTok.
6. Account Access and Revocation
Users should connect only accounts they are authorized to manage. AutoAIFlow does not take ownership of the connected TikTok account or the user's created media. Users can disconnect the account inside AutoAIFlow, revoke access through TikTok account settings, or contact us to request deletion of connection data, uploaded media, or generated files.
7. Retention of Uploaded and Generated Media
Uploaded creator media and generated files are processed only for the selected workflow: preview, approval, MP4 download, or TikTok draft transfer. Temporary media may be deleted after the requested workflow is complete unless the user explicitly saves it. Users can request deletion at info@autoaiflow.de.
8. Availability and Changes
The service is provided as a workflow tool. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform change.
