1. Service

Mobile World Berlin TikTok Studio is a web application operated for Mobile World Berlin. The service helps authorized users connect a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, prepare social media content drafts, and manage a human review workflow before content is uploaded or published.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

The service is intended for business use by Mobile World Berlin and its authorized representatives. Users must use the service only for lawful purposes and must not create, upload, or publish content that is misleading, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, illegal, or inconsistent with TikTok policies.

3. TikTok Integration

When a user connects a TikTok account, the service uses TikTok APIs only for the permissions granted by the user, such as basic account identification and content workflow features where enabled. Users can revoke access through their TikTok account settings at any time.

4. Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing all generated scripts, captions, draft posts, and uploaded materials before publication. Content must comply with applicable laws, advertising disclosure requirements, platform policies, and third-party brand guidelines. The service does not guarantee that any content will be accepted, approved, or promoted by TikTok.

5. Account Access and Revocation

Users should connect only TikTok accounts they are authorized to manage. If access is no longer needed, users may revoke the app's permissions from TikTok account settings or contact us to request removal of stored connection data.

6. Availability and Changes

The service is provided as a workflow tool. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform change.
